Returns and Refunds

We want every purchase on Manila Grace to fully reflect your desires. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more items simply and securely. You have up to 14 days from the order receipt date to initiate the return procedure.

Return Compliance Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted and a refund is issued, please ensure that the products meet the following care standards:

Garment integrity: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, unscented, and free from any type of damage.

Tags and seals: Each item must have all original tags, labels, and the original guarantee seal. Seals must not have been removed or tampered with.

Original packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

How to make a return in 3 steps

We have developed a guided procedure to make returns as smooth as possible:

Return request: Access your Private Area, select the relevant order, click on "Request Return" and follow the instructions to return the items you wish to return.

Package preparation: Carefully place the items inside their original packaging. You will receive a pre-paid return label by email to print and apply to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping labels.

Shipment: Hand the package to the assigned courier or drop it off at one of the authorized collection points.

Refund Methods and Timelines

Once the package has been returned to our warehouses, our "Quality Control" team will verify the compliance of the items with the return conditions listed above. Following approval, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return.
The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days directly to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Note on service costs: Please be reminded that shipping costs for return processing are the customer's responsibility. This fixed amount will be deducted directly from the total refund amount.
